The structure of GYXTA33 optical cable is to sheath 250μm optical fiber into a loose tube made of high modulus material, and the loose tube is filled with waterproof compound. A layer of single thin round steel wire is twisted outside the loose tube to form a compact and circular cable core, and the gaps in the cable core are filled with water blocking fillers. Plastic coated aluminum tape (APL) is longitudinally wrapped and then extruded with a layer of polyethylene inner sheath. After being armored by a single thin round steel wire, the polyethylene outer sheath is finally extruded into a cable.
