8-shaped optical cable (gytc8a)
The structure of gytc8a optical cable is that the 250 μ M optical fiber is sheathed in the loose tube made of high modulus material, and the loose tube is filled with waterproof compound. The center of the cable core is a metal reinforcing core, and the loose tube (and filling rope) is twisted around the central reinforcing core to form a compact and circular cable core. The cable core is longitudinally wrapped with a layer of plastic coated aluminum strip (APL) and integrated into an 8-shaped polyethylene sheath with steel wire strands. The company can also provide y-sheathed or s-sheathed 8-shaped optical cables gytc8y, gytc8s, etc., which are mostly used for self-supporting overhead laying.
